At Aroha, we strive to ensure every bite meets our high quality standards. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we offer a 14-day return window for items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was received within the last 14 days. Perishable goods must be unopened to qualify for a return unless they arrived damaged.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the product issues or delivery damage.
- 3.Receive Authorization
Once our quality control team reviews your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After we process your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no additional cost to you.
